Human Resources Module
The Human Resource department is one of the most complex and demanding operations within any organization. It is tasked with finding talent, training new recruits, maintaining a healthy work environment, and measuring performance. Finding a comprehensive system that can deliver those functions is critical to the success of your human resource operation. The CanDev Human Resource Module is designed to perform all your Human Resource departments transactions in the most efficient and accurate way.
The CanDev recruiting system is designed to organize the recruiting process by identifying the recruitment needs, provide a large list of applicants to select from and provide guidance with the application reviews. The list of applicant’s feature enables users to filter candidates by skills, experience, location, and availability. The interview scheduling feature will allow you to text message and email the interview time and date to the applicant. You can also upload the applicants' resume information and assign the review of it in the form of a task to a member of your recruitment team. This will allow you to verify that due diligence on the applicant was performed before you begin the hiring process.
After the recruitment process has been completed and the applicant has been selected for employment, the hiring process begins before deploying the new employee on to the field. The hiring process involves the collection of the employee’s information, signing forms and contracts, designating their assignment, providing system access, training, uniform distribution, setting a probationary period, and the acknowledgment of the organization's policies and procedures. This human resource phase is an important administrative one. It makes sure that the employee is ready for the tasks assigned to them and that you can process their payroll and benefits information without interruption.
The CanDev Systems Deployment Process involves many parts to ensure the employee is ready to serve your customers. Your organization will need to inspect all of the documents from the hiring process, sort all new employees in a sequence for an assignment that matches their skills and experience, given system access, set scheduling parameters, before they can be approved for deployment and receive their schedule. The goal of this process is to ensure the quality of the hiring process, the capabilities of the employee, and build confidence that the employee is ready to service the customer.
The Employees List page gives you an overview of the organization's total size, department size, demographics, number of skills, and the amount of active and inactive employees on a single dashboard. The Employees List dashboard also displays the statistics on the organization's recruitment rates, attrition rates, and seasonal comparisons to forecast staffing requirements. The lists allow you to easily sort and arrange your list of employees, their positions, skills, experience, tenure, seniority, and rank. It is very important to know this information so you can make the best hiring decisions for your organization.
The CanDev Document Manager System organizes employees’ documents, and provides a process for administrators to verify photographs, government issued identification, certifications, and registration forms. Documents can be downloaded, updated or modified at anytime and anywhere you have access to the internet. Documents are securely recorded and placed in a sequence for approval by a human resource administrator before entering into an employee’s file.
The CanDev Human Resource Performance Management System helps to guide employees on achieving their personal performance goals within the organization. It provides real-time statistics, metrics, and analytics on how they are performing. It allows them to compare their performance with the organization’s goals. This helps to create an objective work environment where employees can plan and monitor their own performance. They will be able to observe their overall contributions to the organization. Some of the performance measurements include; attendance, punctuality, amount of completed tasks, and the number of completed projects. Compliance, progressive disciplinary actions, and termination processes are also included in this system.
The CanDev Human Resource Benefit Management System helps to organize the list of benefits, qualification parameters, and usage. The system can help you manage health, dental, disability, retirement accounts, vacations, sick leave, and parental leave. The benefits system enables administrators to set parameters that determine who qualifies for benefits and then calculates the usage per employee and overall organization. All benefits options are offered individual applications through the employee human resource portal for review and approval.
The CanDev Compliance Management System monitors employee’s regulatory, training, and certification compliance requirements. It is designed to notify employees and management of renewal compliance requirements to avoid costly penalties. The compliance management page will display all employees, their compliance status, and sequence the list of compliance certification that require re-validation. The system also enables administrators to post guides on the process of re-validating their training and certification.
End of employment procedures involves the administration of government forms, a return of uniform and equipment, determining eligibilities, and sometimes an exit interview. Like all other aspects of the human resource department, the ending of employment must be processed and carefully recorded to avoid any legal issues in the future.
